After Hurricane Irma caused damage to my roof, I contacted Ideal Creations Construction. Shane Brock came out the same day and provided me with a reasonable estimate for the replacement of a new architectural roof. Shane met the insurance adjuster at my home and climbed on the roof since the adjuster was reluctant to do so due to the height of my home. My home is valued at over a half million dollars and has a very high, steep roof on a two story home with 30-foot ceilings. After the insurance adjuster submitted an estimate Shane quickly noticed that the adjuster had made a mistake on the amount he allowed for the architectural shingles, which were of less quality than the shingles that were currently on my roof. If Shane had not identified the error, it could have delayed the process of replacing the roof causing more damage to my home. Shane’s expert knowledge was invaluable and resulted in me having a beautiful new roof that is much nicer than the previous roof. His staff was very friendly and worked vigorously to get the job completed quickly. Shane returns your calls, addresses immediate problems, and works hard to satisfy his customers especially in emergency situations. One cool morning in May of 2017, a tree decided to fall on our deck. The tree did significant damage to the deck, roof, chimney, under decking, and trim. We recently hired Ideal Creations to do some much-needed renovations in our 30-year-old home.They were great!
